Finance Committee

The Finance Committee has authority as designated by the Board of Directors, including:

Oversite of auditing, may include recommending an auditor.
Performing regular, in-depth reviews of the organization’s financial activity.
Overseeing the development of the annual budget.
Making recommendations for the allocation of investment deposits.
Preparing reports, financial statements, quarterly at regular Board meetings and on an annual basis to the membership body.
Ensuring commitment to timely, accurate and responsible fiscal management through working with the Board to ensure that all financial matters.
