Bylaws Committee

The Bylaws Committee collaborates with a committee of at least three members, to review Bylaws annually with the Board. If major revisions are needed, this committee works to solicit and gather membership feedback, and then notice members at least 30 days in advance of a business meeting; and then present any recommended amendments to the membership for a vote at the next designated CACNS Business Meeting.

*Meets every two years to reformat bylaws, with a reformat due this year in 2025.
