Hospice Team Manager - Report to office 5 days per week - 90% admin (onsite at office) , 10% field work - Oversees the clinical team - Running reports - Maintaining electronic charts they submit for billing - Clinical person the team calls if they need assistance in a situation - Scheduling of the staff - Assisting with payroll oversite - Sometimes have to jump in and admit the patients and assist - Clinical leader of quality care provided by the team - Manage an average of 10 nurses on team
